    We are happy to exchange your item, however the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

    Retail Return Policy

    Retail returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase and require a return authorization. There after, up to 30 days, customers will be given store credit. Returned items may not be worn or altered.

    To obtain a return authorization please contact us via email at or call 401.619.3912.  At the time of authorization we will provide you with the mailing address for the return.

    All packages must be insured by the sender.  If a package is lost or damaged and has not been insured or packaged safely by the sender CK Bradley is not responsible.


    Damaged Shipments

    If you receive a damaged shipment from CK Bradley please save ALL packaging that the damaged item arrived in as well as any packing materials and the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately at (401) 619-3912.

    You may be required to return all of the packaging (box or envelope), packing materials, and items to CK Bradley, UPS or USPS in order for us to make an insurance claim.  If boxes, envelopes, etc. are thrown away we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
